"Technics is dead" - un titlu care a fulgerat un elf peste suprafata Retelei. Asa ca..Daca va numarati printre fericitii stapani ai unei perechi de Technics SL-1200 sau Technics SL-1210, atunci cu siguranta o sa fiti si mai atenti la vestea asta: Panasonic Corp. care inainte spuneau asta anunta ca va opri manufactura pentru cele doua modele din Februarie 2010. Va mira vestea? Oricum nu e asa grav avand in vedere diversitatea modelelor de platane oferite de Technics, in plus ne si asteptam oarecum la modificari sub acest aspect.

Punk's not dead, neither drum&bass, but Technics on the other hand put a cross over these two turntable models we'll so turn to treat as collectables from now on: SL-1200 and SL-1210. Yes the much apreciated direct drive turntables that made a diffrence for artists like Roc Raida, Q-Bert and so many djs out there will cease to be manufactured[as Panasonic Corp announced] starting February next year. We still have left the other models in the Technics menu, yet this should be called a historical moment.
