The Battle of The Berrics 2 ne-a infatisat o serie de proskateri dintre cei mai buni. Recent a avut loc finala din care invingator a iesit nimeni altul decat Chris Cole, dupa un "meci" de trickuri monumental alaturi de proskaterul Nike SB - Paul Rodriguez aka P-Rod. Evident ca ambii skateri sunt apreciati pentru skilluri si stil ceea ce cu siguranta a pus o presiune distincta pe decizia finala. Cel mai important: meciul s-a dovedit un adevarat spectacol demn de aplauzele noastre.
The Battle of The Berrics 2 featured some of the best of the best proskaters. The finals recently took place and the champion is no other than Chris Cole, who won against Nike SB's pro skater, Paul Rodriguez aka P-Rod. Both of them are highly respected and apreciated for their skills and style which I'm sure made it harder for the final decision. However, the final battle was such a great game I'm sure it pleased everybody and gave us on top of it another chance to run some well desurved aplauses.

Intro:
Artista de origine franceza Fafi nu rezista prea mult timp in afara reflectoarelor. Fiind una dintre putinele street-artiste de calibru, e oarecum un absolut necesar sa apara in paginile blogului.
Cum un lucru bun conduce la un altul, ultima oara am surprins-o intr-o colaborare mega-reusita cu labelul american de streetwear destinat genului feminin, KWEENZ DESTROY [blog post] - fondat in 2006.
Dupa cum apare, linia stilului cocheteaza cu dripuri si grafica specifice in streetart/graffiti, insa pe un fundal feminizat. Dupa cum figureaza in lookbookul colectiei de Toamna 2009, piesele de imbracaminte urmaresc sa traseze linia corpului cat mai provocator solicitand asistenta unui aer cuminte si totusi senzual. Un inger/demon gata sa iti intalneasca privirea pe strada cu un zambet strengaresc.
Lookul este completat de o accesorizare mulata pe stil, sugerand planul din care face parte. Ceva de purtat pe strada, dar si mai potrivit de imbracat in club. Kweenz Destroy.

Se pare ca trupa de punk Green Day da mana cu arta urbana pentru un expo show[@ Stolenspace, Londra] fixat cu o zi inainte de turneul[deja sold out] care urmeaza a fi sustinut in UK incepand cu 23 Oct.
Asadar Green Day prezinta "The Art of Rock", expozitia in care urbanul intalneste punkul...din nou.
